Viewing Ads App Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Intensify, Inc. (“Intensify,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, stores, and protects information when authorized users use the Viewing Ads application (the “App”). The App is an internal advertising analytics and management tool used to work with Meta business assets that Intensify and its clients have authorized the App to access.
This policy applies specifically to the Viewing Ads App and is separate from the general Intensify website privacy policy.
Information the App receives
Depending on the permissions granted by an authorized user and the business assets available to that user, the App may receive:
- Connected-user information: the Meta user’s name, user ID, and authorization status.
- Facebook Page information: authorized Page IDs, Page names, profile images, and related Page metadata.
- Advertising-account information: authorized ad-account IDs and names, campaigns, ad sets, ads, creatives, delivery status, and configuration information.
- Advertising performance information: metrics such as spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, attributed revenue, and other reporting data returned by the Meta Marketing API.
- Application activity: records necessary to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and audit the App, such as access timestamps, actions taken, and technical error information.
The App does not request access to private messages, personal posts, friends lists, or information unrelated to the advertising workflows described in this policy.
How we use information
We use information received through Meta only to:
- identify the Meta user who authorized the connection;
- display and select Facebook Pages and advertising accounts that the user is authorized to access;
- retrieve and display advertising performance and creative-level reporting;
- analyze advertising results and produce creative and campaign insights;
- prepare and manage advertising objects for authorized accounts, including creating ads in a paused state for review;
- maintain the security, integrity, and reliability of the App; and
- comply with applicable law and Meta Platform Terms.
We do not sell Meta Platform Data. We do not use Meta Platform Data for purposes unrelated to providing advertising services to the business that authorized access.
Who can access information
Access is limited to authorized Intensify personnel, authorized service providers that support the operation of the App, and the client or business that owns or has authorized access to the applicable assets. Access is limited according to role and business need.
We may disclose information when required by law, to protect legal rights or security, or as part of a corporate transaction subject to appropriate confidentiality and data-protection requirements.
Storage and retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the App and related advertising services, maintain required business and security records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and satisfy legal obligations. Retention may vary based on the type of information and the applicable client relationship. Information that is no longer required is deleted or de-identified, subject to legal obligations and reasonable backup-retention periods.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. Meta access tokens and application secrets are stored server-side and are not intentionally exposed through the App’s browser interface.
Your choices and rights
Authorized users can revoke the App’s access through their Meta account or business integration settings. Revoking access prevents future API access but may not automatically delete information previously stored by Intensify.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information associated with the App by following the instructions on our Viewing Ads Data Deletion page. We may need to verify your identity and authority over the relevant business assets before fulfilling a request.
Children’s privacy
The App is a business advertising tool and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from children through the App.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes to the App, our practices, or applicable requirements. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the effective date.
