Key Responsibilities
- Manage the founder’s communications and act as a liaison between stakeholders.
- Assist with advertising campaigns (no experience required), sales materials, and software implementations.
- Help with hiring, process improvements, sales processes, and ad hoc projects.
- Be ready to take on any task, big or small, that contributes to the company’s success.
- Work daily with the founder in person at NeueHouse Hollywood.

Experience & Abilities:
- 1-4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant to a CEO in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Exceptional at communication, problem-solving, attention to detail, organization, and learning quickly
- Capable of anticipating needs and taking initiative
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
