In this role, you’ll own client relationships and also get to devise and implement creative strategies.

What this specific role entails:

The Account Manager/Ecommerce Strategist role fuses account management, project management, and marketing strategy.

The role is ideal for an enthusiastic people person who loves speaking with other people, is detail-oriented, process-obsessed, and passionate about growing startups.

Intensify is a boutique growth marketing agency. We specialize in helping eCommerce companies solve and scale new customer acquisition.

We offer video creation, digital advertising, CRO,  SEO, and marketing strategy to clients in apparel, CPG, pet, real estate, beauty, fitness, accessories, and more.

The company is remote with team members in LA and Austin.

What you’ll do:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for 20 accounts
  • Hold bi-weekly video calls with clients to discuss analytics reporting, review campaign progress, and ensure clients are satisfied with the service provided
  • Project manage  internal teams to execute client requests
  • Contribute to client growth marketing strategy
  • Assess and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns

Experience you should have:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Track record of success managing 25+ accounts with advertising services such as Facebook ads, Google ads, TikTok ads, SEO, and CRO
  • Highly experienced in paid social and eCommerce
  • Highly self-motivated, efficient, and organized
  • Excellent at defining and implementing processes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
